Nexus Prop LLC

Prop trading infrastructure, your brand

The prop trading platform, wearing your brand.

Give traders a native, white-label platform for funding evaluations with advanced charting, simulated order execution and connected risk controls. Then run the customer lifecycle, payouts, fraud prevention and support from the same operating system.

Built for new and established funded-trader firms that need one accountable platform instead of a fragmented vendor stack.

The operating problem

Most prop firms are running six vendors and calling it a platform.

Trading comes from one supplier, the dashboard from another, CRM from a third, then payments, identity and support are bolted on. Every seam is a place where account state disagrees with itself.

Risk decided in two places

When the trading platform and the back office each compute drawdown, a trader eventually sees a breach that the CRM cannot explain. The dispute is not really about the rule — it is about which system was allowed to decide.

History that does not survive a move

Balances, fills, agreements and payout records live in whichever vendor produced them. Changing any one supplier turns into a data-recovery project rather than a configuration change.

Support without context

A trader asks why an account failed. The person answering has a ticket in one tool, the account in another and the trading record in a third, so the answer arrives slowly and sounds uncertain.

Actual product

Built around the work operators already do.

Every product image on this site is a capture of the real application. The exact configuration, modules and integrations are scoped per deployment rather than presented as a fixed one-size package — which is why the pages describe capability boundaries instead of a feature checklist.

No revenue share. No percentage of your evaluation sales. No feature gating between tiers — a firm with 40 traders gets the same platform as a firm with 4,000. Operations deployments add a $5,000 monthly platform fee; Nexus Connect has no minimum.

Common questions

Before you book a call.

What does Nexus cost?
Nexus Connect — licensed real-time market data plus the simulated trading environment — is $20 per active trader per month with no minimum and no platform fee. The Nexus Operations Platform is $20 per active trader plus a $5,000 monthly platform fee. Both together are $35 per trader plus the same $5,000 fee. There is no revenue share and no percentage of your evaluation sales.
Can we try it before committing?
Yes. Nexus Connect demo access is available on request, provisioned into a non-production environment so you can put the data feed and simulated execution in front of your own traders. Access is granted manually per requester rather than self-serve.
Is Nexus a white-label product or a custom build?
Both paths exist. A white-label deployment puts your brand on the Nexus platform with your own domain, rules and commercial model. A custom build uses the same core but shapes the platform, integrations and operating scope around your firm. Which one fits usually comes down to how much of your model is genuinely different rather than how large the firm is.
Does Nexus route real orders to a live market?
The evaluation environment is simulated. Orders are matched against a simulated execution engine using licensed market data, which is what a funding evaluation requires. Nexus provides software and infrastructure; it is not a broker and does not offer investment advice.
Can we migrate an existing firm without losing account history?
Yes, and it is the more common engagement. A migration plan covers customer identity, account state, balances, trading history, agreements and payout records, with a cutover sequence and defined rollback criteria before anything moves.
Who holds risk authority in a Nexus deployment?
One system decides. Evaluation rules, account state and breach determination resolve against a single authoritative record rather than being computed separately in trading and in the CRM, which is the failure mode that produces disputes traders can see.
What does market-data licensing look like?
Nexus Prop LLC holds direct CME Group licenses across CME, CBOT, COMEX and NYMEX covering real-time receipt, real-time distribution, market-depth SIM and non-display research. Traders see real-time prices and depth in the chart and trade against them in the simulated environment. Every license identifier is published on the market data page.
